We are over halfway through our bonding period. Next Wednesday we'll be able to apply for a court date. Slowly but surely we're getting closer to the time when the girls get to come home. We are still not being able to see Julia, and I'm very unhappy about it. She is in the hospital now with her bronchitis. And they won't even let me go see her. Grrrrr...... Keep praying for her to get better quickly. Our translator said she keeps asking for me. Grrrrr......
We had a short visit with Angelica today because her group was having an outing when we arrived. We had fun, though. She really likes the color wonder markers. She cried when I brought her back to her room today. :( Don't have any pictures to post today, sorry.
We met 3 other families at the babyhouse today. We are going to have dinner together Saturday night. One of them had their first visit yesterday, one is applying for court today, and one is a couple of days in front of us. Two of them are from Canada and one of them from Florida. One of the families has their 2 boys with them and they made friends with Nicholas already. And we got to see a family pick up their children yesterday from the babyhouse. It was really cool. Svetlana is their lawyer too, so we rode over to the babyhouse together. They left for Almaty today. Also, there is an Australian girl working at the babyhouse, and her husband works at the orphanage in Kachiry teaching English. I think we're going to get together with them on Sunday.
We love you all and hope that we have good news about Julia to post tomorrow!

You guys are such pros at this having already adopted Nicholas! Sounds good and I'm praying for her to get out of the hospital soon and back to visiting you! It does help to meet people there to pass the time! Enjoy! Glad you can speak English with others!

Dear Greg, Angie and Nicholas ,
We just wanted to thank you for allowing us to be apart of your adoption journey. We are praying for Julia to get well and that you can all be together soon. We also have a six year old son. He can be pretty dramatic at times also.I'm sure its quite an adventure. The pictures are great and it gives us a little bit of a look at what Kazakhstan is like. Blessings!
